Bull9 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, services, and all products provided by bull9 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). This document takes effect from the date you register an account or first access the Platform.

By using the bull9 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;

To be eligible to register and use the bull9 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Bull9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until age verification is complete;
• Geographic location: You must be in a jurisdiction that permits online gaming activities. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your participation is lawful under local regulations;
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement;
• Not a restricted individual: You are not on any prohibition or restriction list issued by relevant authorities;
• Personal funds: All funds used for gameplay are your own and are not proceeds from any illegal activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and mobile number. Inaccurate information may cause delays in withdrawal processing or result in account closure.

Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at bull9. Owning or operating multiple accounts is a serious violation. Bull9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or wins obtained.

Bull9 supports multiple payment methods including local bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other approved e-wallet methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction;
• There is no daily deposit limit for fully verified accounts;
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes;
• Bull9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request;
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 working hours after the request is submitted;
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed;
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's name — transfers to third parties are not permitted;
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are subject to your account level.

Fund Freeze: Bull9 reserves the right to freeze funds in an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity, disputes, or potential fraud are detected by our monitoring system.

Bull9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free games, and VIP loyalty programs. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the respective promotions page.

General Wagering Requirements:

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotion's terms;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified timeframe, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — full details are specified in each promotion's terms;
• Bets placed while the account balance consists of a combination of real money and bonus funds will prioritize deductions from real money first.

Bonus Abuse: Bull9 uses an advanced detection system to identify bonus abuse. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or member collusion to manipulate game outcomes, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

All games available on the bull9 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent international audit bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including bull9 itself.

Game Dispute: In the event of a dispute regarding game results, bull9 server logs shall serve as the definitive record. Game outcomes recorded in our system are final and cannot be disputed after 48 hours from the time of play.

Technical Disruption: Bull9 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection disruptions on the user's end. Should a system failure occur on bull9's end during an active gaming session, we will investigate and provide appropriate compensation based on server records.

Betting Limit: Each game has different minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may vary according to account level and the type of promotion currently active. The latest betting limit information is displayed within each game's interface.

Use of the bull9 platform is subject to strict conduct guidelines. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to manipulate gameplay;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion);
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the game software;
• Transferring funds between bull9 accounts without authorisation;

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bull9 customer support staff;
• Sharing login credentials or allowing another party to use your account.

Closure by Member: You may request to close your bull9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned within 5 business days.

Closure by Bull9: Bull9 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated period;
• Request from the relevant authorities;
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond bull9's control;
• Data loss caused by hardware failure or third-party software;
• Third-party actions that affect the access or security of your account.

In any circumstance, the maximum total liability of bull9 to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where bull9 is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction. Members agree that any claim must be made on an individual basis and not as part of a collective or class action.

Language: These Terms and Conditions are written in Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of terms in another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall serve as the definitive reference.
